2.3 Physical Materials

Printed manuals and other tangible items shipped to you.

3. Refund and Scheduling Policy

3.1 Course Services

If you wish to cancel a live course, you may request a refund via the original payment method within 14 days of purchase. Alternatively, you may reschedule your session once within six months of purchase. To initiate a request, complete the contact form at least seven days before the scheduled start date.

3.2 Digital Resources

Due to their electronic nature, digital products are final upon delivery and are not eligible for a refund once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact us promptly using the contact form and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.

3.3 Physical Materials

If you receive defective or damaged items, notify us within five days. We will provide instructions for shipping back the items and will ship replacements or issue a refund within 21 days of receiving the shipped items.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumeris is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our services or products.
